Thread: im a noob :(

First off do a Dream Journal, gotta build dream recall before you can dive in :p I just started here a few days ago and my Dream recall was horrible, my first entry was like two lines lol. I've also started a day journal too, it helps with memory it seems. But anyway the last two nights I've been able to write paragraphs about my dreams so it's not too hard, and it will help you find your dream sign....the last two nights I've had dreams where I was in some kind of race...so maybe that's mine :p Anyway welcome and good luck!

*Edit* Oh and if you do manage a lucid seemingly out of luck, remember to stabalize it lol. I had one I wasn't even looking for and when I noticed it all started spinning because I didn't stabalize
