Ok so when I was experementing with the CAN WILD I found that just setting alarm throughout the night helped my recall tons. Even if I failed the CAN WILD. Just by. Settting alarms a few times (maybe 3 or4 times) I remembered from 3 to 6 dreams a night (Which is good for me because usually I remember 2) and I got lucid a fee times. anyway I was just wondering if anyone else has done this or somehing like this that may help |
