      Progress update: Lately, I've been finding that my wristband works pretty well to improve recall and vividness, but works better when it's on my right wrist (that's my dominant hand) than my left wrist. I still haven't been getting consistent lucids, though.

      OH MY GOD

      It seems to be working for me. I dont know why?

      I tried it first time today and got lucid twice for very short

      I'm gonna try agian, I hope i get lucid again

      First night I had very vivid dreams. Next two nights, 0 dream recall...

      I tried many times but it didn't work. Always in my left hand. As my dominant hand is the right hand, the only thing left for me is to try that. I hope it works this time...
