Looking through my DJ [actual, not online], last month I had a dream where I was practicing yoga, and was trying to do a sun salutation A but couldn't because when I tried to do a pose I would feel dizzy/ unbalanced. Unfortunately this didn't make me lucid, however I sat down on the ground after this and did some deep breathing excersizes I usually do to clear my head/ center my focus, and I recall my dream becoming incredibly vivid, just as if I was in the LD state.

I do a lot of breath regulation, and I was wondering if anyone else has experimented/ used breath work to help stabilize LD's or as a RC to induce a LD? Also, does our body's breath rate follow our dreaming body's breath rate, just like it does with heart rate and eye rate? If so I guess that would be why my dream became more vivid, because I was inhaling more oxygen than usual while sleeping and so I was able to think more clearly.

Anyways it would be good to know, I'm going to try using this as an RC and see if it gets me anywhere, will report back. Thanks
