Maybe stop doing it for a few weeks, then try it again. Or, drink even more water. After all, your body's used to that specific amount of water, so I'm guessing it'd wake up if it takes in even more. |

Yeah , it seems as if your body has become accustomed to the technique, as Puffin said try leaving it for a while or experiment with different ammounts of water. |

Why dont you try using an alarm clock, that is a very reliable method. |
