Need help / advice with WILD

      Guys & Girls,

I really want to wild,.. but I seem to stumble upon the following problem :

I wake up naturally each night at around 0500, I seem to be so sleepy I can't concentrate..
I want to visualize, count, focus,... but fall asleep again... as if my brain only wants to sleep!

I am very dedicated, I do rc's, autosuggestion, binaural beat, read lucid books..
Know all the tutorials.. but simply fall asleep in week matter of minutes..

      Any advice welcome..

I am having the same issues WILDing.
I do everything else but when I wake up to WILD I am so tired.

Maybe we can try some new things together? Tonight I'm setting my WILD alarm 8 hours later, instead of 4-6 to see if I'm less tired. I'm also going to try turning on lights and staying up for about five minutes before going back to sleep.

I might get on the computer and check the forums for a few minutes. I could let you know tomorrow how effective this was. And if you find anything let me know?
And yet I cannot remember the last time I felt the anxiety, the inspiring fear, of impending battle, the tingling that can only come when a challenge must be met. Are we then creatures of action? Do we say that we desire these accepted cliches of comfort when, in fact, it is the challenge and the adventure that truly give us life? -R.A Salvatore, The Legacy

If your going to use WILD in conjunction with WBTB I suggest that you stay up for atleast 60-90 minutes either going through your dream journal or reading the forums, getting your mind on the subject of Ld'ing. It can be hard to stay awake and most of the time I just turn off my alarm and go back to sleep. Try staying up for longer, might work

If you're falling asleep quickly and cant remain concious try stayin up a little longer. I personally just get out of bed and use the restroom or get a glass of water and watch a LD video on my phone. 5-10 mins max, but thats usually enough for me. Find your spot, stay up 10 if that doesnt work try 20 if that's too much cut it down a little at a time. Lighting can affect how much you wake up as well. Try different things, and find your sweet spot.
