Any Advice For The First WILD?

Tonight I'll be WILDing for the first time. I'm nervous already, but i know i shouldn't be

I was a little hyperactive when i was a kid. Now, im not that hyperactive but i still cant hold still. Any advice?

I also need advice for getting relaxed. Troubles always find me so i guess in sleep paralisys phase, my body will shake like im going to die then I'll try to break the attempt. Need advice for that one too.

So thats all. I hope I'll do it ^^

Relax! That's the best advice I can give. Imagine dream sensations like the sense of touch, sight, and smell, and try to visualize a scene around you as the dream forms. It can help with stabilization and if you envision a scene you want to end up in, it'll save time because you won't have to teleport to it afterwards.

      Good luck
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Also, regard it as a learning experience. Each session of practice will make you better and bring you closer to your goal.
I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.

Get enough sleep, 4-6 hours or so, and try to find the right amount of time to stay awake. I only need to sit up and browse on the computer for 10-13 minutes before heading back to bed. And remember, Sleep Paralysis is fun if you plan on it being fun. Don't stress anything too much, it will do more damage than good.

Real fail. I found a comfortable position and stayed motionless. After a while my hands and my feet started to feel heavier. It was like my bones were getting heavier. I though "It must be sleep paralysis" then tried to think something else like Caribbean Island with a sunny day. But I couldn't COMPLETELY take away my attention. More heavier they get, more concerned I was. One moment I thought i was never going to be able to move them again and freaked out. Then moved my pinky finger, then relieved. So I decided to continue to attempt. After 1 minute my mom walked in my room to put some clean t-shirts to my wardrobe. She basically had sex with my attention -_- Then my sister started to yell at my parents about something so i couldnt relax. After this i gave up and decided to do WBTB.

By the way WBTB failed too. Imma total loser

Just keep trying, and think of the heaviness as progress. You are not going to get 'stuck' like that. Just keep up the good work and it will eventually come.
