I clicked a few links there and I found that guy's Infinty program. It's one of the many programs that's supposed to be used along with everything in thegoods.zip. All the links are dead, but this one is working. The pdf and the exe are the same thing, so you can use either one. It's basically a week long program where every night you add something to the mix - reality checking, then MILD, then WBTB - and you'll eventually find yourself having lucids. If you're listening to the curse mp3's, try doing it with Infinity, since it looks like that's what it was made for.
