      Sudden drop in ability to recall

      I was remembering about 2-3 dreams a night last week, but now when I wake up... nothing! I don't even remember a small fragment of my dreams. I go to bed at the same time each night, and sleep in the same position. The change came so suddenly. One night I was remembering my average amount and then the next night absolutely nothing.
      Also, I've been kind of stressed out over school and homework and stuff, could this be why? Do I have to work on my recall all over again, or will it come back if the stress goes away? Help!

      Almost the same for me.
      I usually used to remember 3-4 or even 5 dreams, now I remember only some fragments, other times (like today), nothing.

      I've noticed that when my stress levels are high my recall diminishes or completely fails as well. After I deal with my stress and solve whatever problems are causing the stress my recall comes back. Just keep the mindset of wanting to wake up and remember. Also don't let the stress of not being able to recall your dreams be the extra stress that is keeping you from recalling your dreams =D
