This is just to get a sense of what worked for everyone (lucid dream induction-wise), so I can put it all together and decide how the hell I'm going to pull it off when school starts: 6-8 hours of sleep, cross country @ 6 A.M, and school stress. |

Write down your dreams just as you wake up, even if it is just a few words, and then tell people about them throughout the day. That way you focus your conscious mind on your dreams and eventually in your dreams. |

WBTB actually...i wake up once during the night then I get lucid after i fall asleep almost everytime. Sometimes I get lucid right after I get finished with one dream with that method. |

This may not help you in attaining lucidity but to make your dreams more vivid and make them easier to remember i suggest starting a vitamin regiment. I am currently taking 200mg of 5-HTP, 250mg of choline bitartrate, 100mg of B6, and also if you have some trouble falling asleep you can take melatonin. I do not suggest taking more than 2mg though because it does slightly supress REM. I also recommend you take these with a meal in the evening before you go to bed. |
