      Would it work if I...

      if i put something vibrating into my sock and then fell asleep would I be able to feel it during my dream? Will I most likely become lucid? I've been thinking about doing it but I don't won't to waste sleep time ( I have to wake up at 6:00 am). So will it most likely work, or will it just wake me up? Thx

      I've tried this and it doesn't work. I kept a small vibrating alarm to go off now and then to remind me to do RC's in the day and night. It works while I'm awake....but no matter how strong the vibration is or how loud the alarm is I don't recognize it while sleeping, I just sleep right through it.

      You could probably use it to keep you aware while trying to WILD.
