Weird SP expierience?

So today I tool a nap when I got home. I was probably asleep for around a half hour when I suddenly woke up. I had a weird intense vibrating feeling in my body that seemed to be SP (even though I've yet to expierience it). The weird part is that I could move and when I slightly moved my arm the expierience got more intense. I tried visualizing a place where I wanted to go and kind of felt like I was getting sucked into a portal. It didn't work and I just fell asleep instead a minute later. My question is, was this possibly an almost WILD and if so why did it get more intense when I moved? When I woke up from the nap I remembered that my eyes were closed for the whole expierience. I almost always open my eyes when I wake up. I even wonder if I ever woke up and that it was just a dream. Let me know what you guys think.

Your movement appeared to be your dream body. You were asleep, but you haven't detached from your physical body yet to enter the dream, that's why you still felt the vibrations. That's my view on it, hope it helps.
