Seekers WILD technique and Gothlarks HILD technique

[SIZE=2]Note: Before sleeping attempt to go through and follow the HILD technique , then upon waking after 5-6 hours sleep read through the information to induce a WILD.

I’ve been trying out the HILD and WILD technique for 2 nights now, even though I’ve only taken a few stepping stones into the pond of my own discovery I feel "optimistic" that the new orientation "Symbiosis Method" works.....

One last thing I guess is to thank Gothlark and Seeker for their helpful and easy to follow tutorials.

Amazing, thanx a lot for sharing your experience Mystical. Its interesting cuz I started using HILD two nights ago and have had very good results with my dream recall. Dreams now are very vivid, real, amazingly long and fully recalled the next day. Just no luck with lucidity.
I thought of combining these two methods but thought that maybe it was best to just go with one first, to see if it works and maybe then try both combined, but since its working out for you, I´ll give it a try too. Thanx a lot for sharing your experience.
I do have a question though: Do you perform reality checks during the day? If so, how many or how frequently?

      Cheers for the comment Kaimelar

I perform reality checks when i questions somthing that seems 'dreamlike' - examine the surroundings and the experience, trying to maintain independent thought and asking myself "Am I Dreaming".

"the key technique for lucidity is the recognition of the dreamlike quality of the experience, lucidity arising from analytical thought" (Celia Green).

She writes some interesting stuff on introspective observation.
