I'm sorry no one answered this for you but it is very very normal. In fact it is so normal that people ask this question all the time lol.. hence, probably why no one answered. But it is very normal to feel like you are having trouble breathing during ld attempt. It is part of sleep paralysis and usually indicates you are very very close to ld. So let me be the first to welcome you to the forums as a new member, and congratulate you on getting so close to a lucid. I would suggest you take a trip over to the tutorial section, read about wilding and the things to expect. |

MY RC ADVICE: Don't be too eager to go leaping off buildings.
Start from the ground and go up from there.
