So I'm on my way discovering WILD and Sleep Paralysis and all of their wonders, but lately I have been having an issue. I usually I have no problem entering sleep paralysis, but 4 times out of 5, my sleep paralysis consists of an extremely loud, startling, unbearable noise that is so intense that it makes me move. It's similar to a ringing in the ear, except 100 times louder and more intense. |

yeah I hear ya. The weird thing is that I've had rather mild sleep paralysis experiences before, where it's no problem at all, but sometimes it's too the point but I can't help but move. I'll just keep trying. |

My SP used to be so bad I would literally awaken in a fright. It was an subconscious 'fight or flight' thing. Awareness can be a double edged sword. |
