      Could 'Stilnoct' aid lucid dreaming?

      I had my first 'real' lucid dream experince this night - but it was also the night i took a stilnoct to fall asleep (havnt had a decent night of sleep in a week or so).

      Are stilnoct related to my first lucid dream?

      I wouldn't know, but I read that it is easier to have a lucid dream when you are well rested. maybe falling asleep more easily helped?
