I have tries this method for the last week and have had 1 or 2 dreams every night!
I didnt have any dreams for AGES because I was focusing too hard on becomming lucid that I forgot one of the main aspects which is to actually to fall asleep. So I combined a few different Ideas from other LD methods and found my own Method that requires very little preperation!.

1) Go to bed as normal

2)Get comfy

3)Say some mantras in your head while relaxing hard at the same time (If the relaxing is good enough, you should shake slightly at the sudden looseness).

4) After reciting mantras for a while, just continue Hard Relaxing untill you feel totally relaxed or just fall asleep.

I have not tried this method with other people before but I myself have had 6 Dreams in the last 5 days including a lucid dream!!!
