      good method for LD?

      so what i do is drink a lot of water before bed and it wakes me up i get up go to the bathroom read something for like 5 min about LDing then i do my mantra and fall asleep. i drank some water lastnight and was to comfy and lazy to go to the bathroom lol

      so would this work???

      when you realize your in a dream a good method of turning it into a lucid dream is to look at your hands in the dream, this will help you gain control over the dream. if you start to feel like the dream is taking over again stare at your hands again to help yourself gain control again
