Close to SP?

Last night I was pretty tired from working an 8hr shift. So I thought it was a good idea to try and induce SP. While I was laying in my bed and about 30~mins I could start to feel my body get these tingling sensations and all of a sudden I see a bright flash through my eye lids like some one turned on the lights in my room for a sec, which surprised me and woke me up...

well i can't really answer your question since im not experienced with this. but lately ive been attempting WILDs and i have something very similar happen to me. Except for me its like a faint flashing light, like someone is flickering the lights. in my case i think it was nothing but yours sounds a little more intense.

The same thing happens to me. I thought it was me blinking, but I can't tell.

Hopefully, something experienced on the WILD technique chimes in..
