      Enter sleep paralysis!

      I searched for this on the forums, got nothing


      1. lay down on your bed.
      2. put your arms like this, the O is your head and the sticks are the arms

      3. fall asleep.
      4. in my experience my arms flew forward to return to my side and i entered paralysis
      ( i believe that the arms hitting the side woke me RIGHT as i fell asleep causing my body to fall asleep but my brain aware

      i cant get this to work again though

      I have never tried it with my arms like that, but I can do sleep paralysis really easy. I don't fall asleep though I keep my mind awake for attempting Astral Projection. Now that I've been doing this it's harder for me to fall asleep witch makes becoming lucid harder for me. So I haven't entered that much anymore.
