Oh, please. Playing victim when you weren't even being attacked? The statement was declarative in the fact that it was a declaration, and bold in the sense that - since both your title and your OP were vaguely worded - it came across as you were trying to state that dream content was not based on waking life. (Obviously I wasn't alone in my interpretation.) If you simply would have corrected us and been more specific (without going on your little tirade) then you wouldn't have projected yourself into drama queen status, as you just did.

If you meant just the story as you said (after the fact), then I apologize for the misunderstanding. But, judging by how quickly you over-reacted, and your assessment of the "mentality" here at DV, I don't think we're missing out all that much, by your posting here so rarely. Of course, you can also learn to not be so touchy. It might help discussions actually progress (which is what I was trying to do by explaining the importance of providing references to your claims).
