Un-realist, No fun, blurry lucid dreams

Hello, everytime I have lucid dreams they feel like they are in... third person? I try rubbing things and feeling different textures and it has no effect on the realism of the lucid dreams. They are all really blury and really short. I've tried yelling "Clarity now!" to no effect. I've had plenty of lucid dreams, but none of them were any fun at all. I just end up losing lucidity very fast

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Can you help? Is it possible to go from a lucid dream to sleep paralysis? I feel like clarity wouldn't be a problem if I was able to attain SP

It should be added that I wasn't excited at all either

That happens to be a lot as well. If you can do something like a WILD, they are usually far clearer than normal dreams, and you might have good results with them. Or you can try going back to sleep right after waking up. If you do, the second dream can often be clearer as well.

As far as I know you can't really control if you experience sleep paralysis after waking up from a dream. You can remain still, and try to stay relaxed and hope to fall right back to sleep though.

There are a few other methods you can use while in a dream though. You can try focusing on objects and really looking it over. You can spin around really quickly. One I like is pushing yourself through a mirror. Another method I have never had the chance to try but may work is try jumping off something, and the falling sensation may help. The last three you need to be careful of false awakenings. You might think you failed and wake up but often times you are still dreaming.

Thanks for your help, I'll probably try some of these things out the next time I get the chance. In the meantime, more suggestions are appreciated as always

      Thanks

Does anyone have any personal experience with this? Things they've used themselves to correct this problem?
