      Exclamation My dreams are blurry?

OK, well I've been having this problem in every dream I've had where it's actually me walking around, not just spectating. Such as last night, I had a dream where there was an apocalypse sort of thing. When it was over, I went to go find my dad. He was hiding in his closet. So I just went in the room, but suddenly my vision got REALLY, REALLY blurry and I couldn't see anything. I just started stumbling around.

This started occurring in all of my dreams after something that happened a few years ago. One day, my teacher assigned us a book to read, and I forgot to read the 25 pages or so over a week. So one night I read all of the pages. Near the end of it, ( pg. 20 or so ) my vision started getting blurry, and so I ran into my dad's room ( he was chatting to someone on his web-cam downstairs at the moment ) and stole one of his many pairs of glasses.

First of all, I'm pretty sure I have 20 20 vision right now, so I don't understand if this is a dream sign or something? But I really don't like it. So a little while ago it started happening. I would like to know if there's any way to stop this? I really hate it. It wrecks all my lucid dreams. I can walk around/move freely but most places it's really blurry. ( only certain areas of the dream for whatever reason )

Alright, if anyone could give me some advice on this it'd be great.

      Edit:

Because of this, I recognize all my dreams as, well, dreams. But if I can't see anything in the dream, I'd rather not recognize them as dreams. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this? FIY, in my dreams I can't blink for some reason...

Try focusing on one small part of the dream (like your hand or the wall or an object). It will probably look really blurry at first, but just keep waiting and try visualizing what all the details would look like. Usually this will make everything else look clearer when you look away again. If not, just keep practicing looking at details. (This is what I'm going to be working on in lucids too).

Welcome to Dream Views! We hope you have a great here!

Try rubbing your hands together in a dream. I think I read somewhere that rubbing your hands can make dreams more clear and vivid.

yo may also want to touch the roof of your mouth with your tongue, or spin. sometimes blurry dreams may mean you are not in deep enough sleep , but don't quote me on that.

I think the problem is an increase of pressure may be the problem. You may have gotten something in you eye.in that case you might want to give your room a good dusting. Other then that you might have to cover your eyes while you sleep.
