If you notice pauses in your sleep it could be really easy to wild. When you wake up just don't move and try to wild.If you get good with WILD you could probably pull of a few every night. |

When sleeping, I wake up and remember my dream after every sleep cycle for a minute or two and go back to sleep. Im excited that I notice the pauses in my sleep and that I have an adequate dream recall, but I'm not sure how to use this. Any suggestions would be great, |

You can try this with a DEILD which is when you wake up without moving or opening your eyes and then recall the dream you were just in and if I am correct the dream scene will form around you. This is much easier than WILDING because you don't have to trick your body into sleep and you will already be in REM. |
