some trouble with waking up in the middle of the night for WILD

I used to be able to use a mantra "I WILL wake up at 3:00AM tomorrow" to wake up at 3am for wild, but recently after taking a little break I am having some trouble with this, it doesn't seem to work. Im not really sure what to do...

Drink lots of water right before bed. You'll have to pee, then you have to get up.
157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.
