Wow, my first post! I have been watching this forum for a while but didn't register until now. It's great that there are so many people reaching for the same goal.

This is my story (short version):
I first experienced lucid dreaming about 15 years ago. I didn't know what was happening back then, and it was a little scary at first. Espescially the voices and sounds during SP (I heard familiar voices, and this would usually wake me up). I had many LD's back then, and had pretty good control of the dreams. Those fist LD's happened during a year at a school away from home. I slept very little during the nights, and this lead to a high frequenzy of naps later during the days. I turned the music up loud and fell asleep. This was when SP and LD kicked in. My theory on why this worked is this: I didn't know what LD was and I didn't try or make an effort to make anything happen. The loud music probably stopped my mind from going to sleep, but my body did.

After this first experiences I didn't have LD's in 6-7 years and I forgot all about it. Then I came over some forums online and everything suddenly made sense to me. Now I desperately wanted to experience LD's again. I had 4-5 LD's a couple of years ago, but I soon forgot all about it again (it was a lot of effort behind those LD's). Now that I knew what LD's was, it was so much harder to have them.

I really would like have LD's again, but my life is really busy at the moment and I sleep as little as 5-6 hours. Does anyone have any advice on what method I should use? And is it even possible to regularly have LD's with that amount of sleep?
