Disaster of a WBTB attempt, need some advice

So last night i was planning to try some suppliments for first time (Glantamine + Choline) and i did a little research and discovered that it supposed to work better with WBTB. So even thou i was very tired i went to bed at 1AM ended up sleeping at about 2:20AM and had set up my alarm for 6:30AM.

So i ended up waking up at 5:30AM so i thought might as well use this as WBTB, so i got up had the suppliment had a glass of milk and piece of cake for carbs, and went back to bed and reas few pages of a book and then after 30-40m tried to sleep. So anyway i couldnt go back to sleep and couldnt stop the chatter in my head, so prety much it got to the point when budgees started singing, then the parrots, then the magpies followed by my dark barking and i just couldnt sleep. few times went into a little REM. So i woke up not long ago with the my recall bieng trying to sleep for most of the night and i had like a 5 minute dream n as i was becoming lucid i woke up.

so could it be the case that WBTB might just not be for me, or did i do something wrong? its pretty hard to attempt WBTB again after this exprience.

I would recommend taking the G+C immediately before going back to bed, as it seems to be a mild stimulant that can hinder sleep.

Don;t stay up so long, maybe just 10-15 minutes. Also don't read. It works for some people but it's never worked for me.

You could also try going to sleep earlier and waking up around 3 or 4.

157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.
