      Viewed them both. Only thing I got out of them was how to have an OBE. Nothing about Lucid Dream whatsoever. Completely misleading.

      I'd have to agree with Snowy.

      Despite what that YouTube channel says, "lucid dreams" are the not the same things as "OBE's" or "astral projections". They represent a different level, one which takes on a more spiritual meaning.

      The techniques depicted in the videos can be used for LD'ing purposes (such as for WILD'ing) since the two practises are so similar. But remember, they are not the same thing.
      Success comes to those who are not afraid of failing.

      OBE = LD. I learned to WILD using OBE techniques.
