Hello, many years ago I posted occasionally on the alt.lucid.dreams forum and kept a dream journal etc. I lost the strong dream interest and my dream recall is not fantastic but I now routinely have lucid dreams and have played around with some different techniques. |

Dreaming Is Anybodys Game But Being Lucid...Now Thats Earned
All hail the Lucid Dreaming Bible 'Exploring the world of Lucid dreaming'
WILDs= 150+
DILD= 50+
WBTB+WILD= 100
Total LD's: 300+
I have not heard of it either... If that's the case I will play around with it more and try give a better description of the processes but for me this is a method that I have used over and over after waking up. |

Visualizing remains the least understood, and yet IMHO the easiest method, in attaining lucidity in dreams. When we visualize at bedtime (and especially when we wake up in the middle of the night as we are still in a deep state of relaxation) we are utilizing the same area of our brain as when we are dreaming. Visualizing anything relaxing... or in your case fun, will help grease the grooves back into sleep and dreamland. |

Yes, I've heard of it |

I've also noticed this. When i am very tired and want to sleep, i try and WILD. I have never been successful with the WILD method as i don't quite understand the method fully as yet. But what happens is i lay there peacefully, without any visulization and after a while, i begin getting a sort of dizzy feel sort of like how u have explained with the rolling. However i cannot focus on that feeling long enough and lose concentration. i will try your method as it seems like it will help sustain that sensation. |
