I have not heard of it either... If that's the case I will play around with it more and try give a better description of the processes but for me this is a method that I have used over and over after waking up.

I think the rolling sensation in a sleepy state is a bit like looking at your hand to stabilize a lucid dream it's giving your mind a not real stimulus which focuses the minds attention away from the other. The other being your actual lying in bed, then at the appropriate point you suddenly alter the movement and open your dream eyes.

Bam, lucidity. Most of my WILDS start out with me in my bedroom.

Another common trigger for non wilds for me is any dream in which I 'realise I can fly' I have so many of these that usually now when I have one It occurs to me I must be dreaming again and I go lucid.
