      SP for the second time.

      I've been trying to WILD for awhile now. Usually I just fall asleep.

      This morning, I woke up and eventually realized I was in SP. So I tried to stay there and DEILD and/or WILD. I never seemed to get beyond the tingly all over into the more complicated HH and never got any visualizations. I woke up and went about my day. I could hear things going on in my house and I wasn't very sleepy.

      I guess I'm going to try again when I'm more sleepy, but I usually just fall asleep sans consciousness.

      Thats why I've been afraid to WILD. SP and HH is kinda freaky to me, I'm not sure how I would react to it.
