So, I've got a problem. A month or two ago, I would have a dream at least once a night, and I would be able to remember them. If it was a bad month, one dream every two or three days.

But lately, when I close my eyes, it's nothing. I might get a scrap of dream or two, but nothing that really sticks with me.

I've been working on lucidity, but normally I go to bed when I'm tired and somewhat drowsy. And I set up a breathing pattern for myself and let my mind relax while I try to think very, very hard about what I want to dream about.

But if I want to dream about Bioshock - just to throw that out there - I may not have a dream at all that night, or if I do, it's a very short dream and it's got nothing to do with Bioshock.

Any tips?
