Thread: My reality checks are not working......

I have no trouble lucid dreaming I have had about 6-7 since getting interested in it about 4 weeks ago.

The first couple lucid dreams I had I tried the wake up go back to bed technique and I would be in the dream and immediatly Reality Check and that would trigger lucidity. L

ately when I try to Reality check by biting my tounge to feel pain or pushing one hand through the other it has not worked. The only way i'm lucid dreamining is through DEILDing or realizing i'm dreaming.

How do I get my reality checks to work again? I'm trying a few different ones and questioning them a bit more too.

Any advice would be welcome
