      MILD Question.

If I were to MILD tonight, should I do it before I go to sleep, during a WBTB, or both times?

And can I boost my chanced to LD if I go to bed at the same time every day?

You can do it at either time. Many people say a WBTB is the way to go. I have never done a WBTB MILD so I don't know.

And as far as I know as long as you get a decent amount of sleep time isn't important.

Alright thanks, I was thinking about doing a WBTB MILD tonight, cause I'm bad at WILD and it takes too long.

With the MILD technique you don't really need to worry about your sleep schedule. I would suggest MILDing as you go to bed, and then have an alarm set so you can do a WBTB too. It doubles your practice and chance for success.

I think most people find WBTB easier for attaining LDs, you're a lot more tired for one, so you'll be able to fall asleep quicker. Plus you'll be able to cycle through your sleep stages quicker.

WBTB MILD is the ONLY way to go! sleep about 4 hours, wake up for 30, repeat mantra while falling asleep. It's a GREAT way to lucid dream!
