Problem with my DEILD's after lucids end. I can See but can't get into it

Hi there. I've been increasingly getting better with DILDs. Sometimes I don't even remember how I got lucid. Must just be awareness. Here's the issue:

I got lucid, feel it going and don't bother using hand rubbing to prolong it. I feel I can't even move in the dream now, it's now just an image, I'm kind of just an observer now. Then I keep my eyes closed, feel my body going stiff and try and get back in. I see the image of a new scene but I can't move within the dream, it's still just an image in my mind.

Does anyone understand what I mean please?

I had this earlier today! The image I had was actually a video with sound and such. I could still feel/move my body. A couple of times I tried to RC and I found my real hand come to my real nose.

Now i'm not a huge expert on DEILDs.

But what i would try is just to stay still and let the dream form around you until it is VERY vivid then try to move around. Seeing that it is just an image in your head might be HI or the dream starting to form. So i would just stay still for a few minutes because you might be still conscious enough that sleep paralysis is still there.

Anyone feel free to correct me.
