      WBTB only for weekend technic..??

      Greetings from Indonesia,
before I begin... Please forgive my english.

ok... after some understanding I've read... I soon conclude that WBTB technic it's not very useful if you do it every night, am I right?

here is the deal.. If you wake up generally at 6 am, then you use WBTB technic and wake up earlier at 5 am, and if you wake up at 5 am every day that's mean you are changing your general wake up time from 6 to 5 so the REM period will also change from 5 am to 4 am (because REM period appear 1 hour before you awekened)

My question is, am I have a right understanding about WBTB..??

      thanks for your answer

please let me know, if you know the link related to my question cause I don't have any clue to search it.

It's the first time I hear that REM period changes. The best time to wake up is after 6 hours of sleep and when there is at least 2 more hours left.
      My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.

You need to rest your body for 5 hours at least. Then if you wake up before your mind starts to rest, do something for a while, then go back to resting, but will enter the REM cycle straight away, other than going to sleep, and eventually going through REM without being able to do anything.

Go to bed. Wake up after 5 to 6 hours. Stimulate your brain in some way, then go back to sleep. Hopefully you will be awake in your conscious mind enough to be awake in your subconscious, ie, your dream state.
