      Question Best technic for getting lucid around 11 o'clock

      So most time im going to sleep around half past ten But whats the best technic.
      Cuz if i spend the most time of the day reading forum and thinkin about lucid dreams then i get one like yesterday? but is there other good way?

      Well, you could WILD. But WILD'ing during the evening isn't the best, you should do it during a WBTB after a few hours of sleep. Do mantras or think about scenarios before you go to sleep, that could also work. Good luck!
