      Newbie Tip: The fastest WILD-Technic.

Yesterday I read about a very fast WILD technique, so I tried it, it worked and I want to share it with you. Its a mix of HILD and WILD i think. On the page are 2 ways explained and I think the first one is better but its up to you:

First of all, you must wake up in the morning when you feel, very sleepy (on the side stands what from "Borderland-Zustand" and from that you dont feel in the morning but its just, in the morning when you feel very sleepy. Maybe you wake up not sleepy, then go to the toilet lay down and relax.) When you feel you are VERY SLEEPY you can either try FILD or one of this:

      1. Imagination / Visualise:
Try to Visualise you looking through your eyes and you are outside. Just Imagine it and stay relaxed. If you are relaxed enough then you (so it was by me) you feel first vibration, just stay on, then a second vibration thern you done it almost. Now you are in the dream or its very easy to jump in. _When you dream you feel it (in FILD to) then your body feeling changed. You are not sleepy you are normal awake and it I dont know how to describe.

2.n d techinqué roll out your dreambody:
you roll in your thoughts your dream/Astral -body out of the physical, who must stay calm (dont move the physical, p.e you let him jump out of the bed. That sounds abstract but in this situation you a very good feeling of your dreambody, and its often through moves from one side to the other possible to split it away from the physical. Side roll-out works best for the creator of the article. Most of the times you land on the side of your bed. at first the look is not good, you should as fast as you can to go outside, why is not clear for the author but it helps. The stupides thing is to starr on your bed, bec. you dont lie in it, you bringed yourself in another wold. That can confuse you and its difficult to held you in the new world. The crator says that , as long as he was in his room, he felt a force that wanted to bring him back in Bed. So: go out of the room.

Nice that you found something that worked so easily for you. I have had a lot of success with rolling out of my body, also.

Have you had a chance to try this again?
