      Follow My Journay From Newb To Pro Lucid Dreamer!

      Since discovering Inception i have been facinated by lucid dreaming so i joined this forum and have read alot of lucid dreaming, im a newb but i can already say now that this is my passion and want to master the art that is Lucid Dreams, last night i tried going SP (did not happen but did feel change in body and blue/purple kindacolor flashing before my eyes ( they were closed ) so i freaked out, guess i was too exited, i have made this thread to post my updates, im gonna meditate all day today and try to take a nap later hoping to make it into the dream world, wish me luck dreamers!

      Good luck to you! If you find yourself getting scared during a WILD attempt for no apparent reason, this is likely just another hallucination. Just remind yourself that there is nothing to be afraid of and continue to relax. If you get any other unpleasant hallucinations, just simply ignore them and they will soon pass.
