      my situation...

      hi all

my sleep pattern isnt usual. i usually work 11pm-7am and sleep from 10am-5pm. i always seem to wake up around 2pm-3pm for a few mins.

i only started keeping a dream diary 2 days ago but i always knew i had lots of dreams and was good at remembering them. iv found that 1 night ago i had 6 dreams that i could remember well and last night i had 8. is this going to help or hinder me with having a lucid dream?

also, both end with false awakenings. the first night my last dream was that i couldnt find my watch to note the time in my dream diary (i dont even use one IRL) and last night my last dream was of me writing in my dream diary and tearing a page out by mistake. is it weird that i keep dreaming about my dream diary? can i use that to my advantage?

it sounds like you've got fantastic dream recall. this will help a ton. be sure to write them all down.

sure. it's often encouraged that you find dream signs that you dream about often. whenever you see, hear, or think about your dream journal; reality check. this reality checking habit will cross over into the dream world and you will become lucid when you successfully reality check.

it sounds like you're already halfway there. good luck.
