Technically, you don't even have to question your reality with ADA practice...ever. You simply apply all of your sense and learn to be aware of what is going on with and around you. You certainly shouldn't always be wondering if you are dreaming or not. ADA practice grants you the ability to tell the difference between reality and the dream state naturally. Your mind and body are always doing stuff, people just usually overlook and take the little things for granted. ADA helps you pick up on the finer things in every day life. Indeed, it isn't for everyone though.
