      lucid induction ideea

      this night I will record myself on the phone saying you are dreaming, do a rc .. this kind of thigs for a few seconds, then not make a sound for 5 minutes. then I will hit repeat, and play it all night long.
      This has to work..Update in the morning.

      What you're describing is know as a EILD (Electronic induced lucid dream).

      I made a thread a while back about a special voice I created which can be used on a smart phone alarm. http://www.dreamviews.com/f44/ld-eas...ack%5D-112960/ , there's a bunch of other threads dedicated to this too, it' in they're in the attaining lucidity section.

      I am sorry I didn't got any sleep last night ( fking insomnia) and in the morning i slept a few hours but so deep i didn't heard a thing.
