Thread: lucid induction ideea

this night I will record myself on the phone saying you are dreaming, do a rc .. this kind of thigs for a few seconds, then not make a sound for 5 minutes. then I will hit repeat, and play it all night long.
This has to work..Update in the morning.

What you're describing is know as a EILD (Electronic induced lucid dream).

I am not sure you will reality check just because you hear yourself say it in your sleep.

I am sorry I didn't got any sleep last night ( fking insomnia) and in the morning i slept a few hours but so deep i didn't heard a thing.
