Try laying in a more comfortable position or try different techniques like wbtb, fild, dild etc. Develope a time in which you naturally wake up then the next day go to bed at or around the same time you naturally wake up. Study your non rem periods and rem periods. Focus on going back to bed during your rem periods. Record your vivid dreams. Point out your mistakes in missing dream signs to go lucid. Recreate the dream sign even act it out if you have to pretend that you caught it. reassure yourself that if you see it again you will catch it. Look for dream signs you have a habit of missing when reading your dream journal. tell yourself over and over that lucid dreaming is easy make your mantra a catchy tune if you have to. namaste
