Hi everyone,
I was reading a thread earlier where the OP suggested that an individual go through their day while occasionally thinking affirmation mantras such as "This is a dream" or "I am dreaming" or something similar. Basically, the rationale is that if you think this throughout parts of your day you'll end up thinking or saying this during a dream. This seemed reasonable to me, so I figured I would give it a shot.
My question is should I continue with one of these above mantras before I'm about to go to sleep or should I use one which is focused more on intention such as "I will have a lucid dream". I've been trying intention mantras the past few days, but they seem like they might clash with affirmation mantras, though I'm not sure. Also, should I go about this affirmation mantra during a WBTB period?
