      Scary WILD

So I'm laying in my bed pretty confident to have a WILD first time in awhile where I've been confident about WILDing because alot of things have be cock-blocking me from having a LD anyways I'm in bed counting each breath I exhale my body was about %80
into SP then BAM this Image comes in my head it was the picture you would see on a TV the Fuzzy black & white & I LOUD fuzzy sound you would hear that goes with the fuzzy black white image it scared the shit out of me & dropped my SP down to %50 I then said to myself calm down just keep contuning again but then I could feel that the same thing was about to happen again so I was just laying in bed scared then Im like Fuck this Im going to sleep anyone experienced this before

That's really strange, I've never heard of anything like it, but the last thing you wanna do is let it bother you: you don't want to have a mental block every time you try to WILD. Maybe try to meditate next time before you attempt it. It was most likely just a random occurrence the first time, and your fear of it happening again caused it to happen the second time.

Once, during an afternoon WILD, I had some odd auditory hallucinations that scared me half to death. The sound itself was akin to metal being ground very loudly. But the interesting part is that, in all my WILD attempts, I never experienced it again.

WILDs are weird that way; you could experience something unusual once, but then potentially never have to worry about it again in all your future WILDs.

I've had a similar experience where I was too freaked out the continue so I just fell asleep. You have to learn how to just ignore the hallucinations and keep trying! You'll get there eventually! I did but it took a long time! Believe in yourself! Think positive!

I had auditory hallucinations during my first DEILD attempt. I heard like..... sucking noises in the room 3 or 4 times and I was like.... oh crap stay calm stay calm so I waited being still and in 20 seconds they were gone and I was still in my bed.... well, dream bed, I passed to the other side
