Last night I had my first LD and apparently it gets easier starting from when you get your first one. Is this true? I hope so! Also, to get another one, do I just do exactly what I did last night/this morning?
Here is what happened:
1. I drank apple juice then ate a banana just before sleep.
2. I went to sleep like normal then had a non-lucid dream.
3. I woke up and did not open my eyes and tried to sleep again.
4. I could not sleep so I opened my eyes for a bit then changed position.
5. I saw a blurry scene in front of me and thought in my head "I'm Dreaming!"
6. As it became clear, I entered the dream because it just formed around me.
