When i ADA, should i focus on ADAing while doing whatever else im doing a lot, or should i make it just like enough that im doing it but not focusing too much on it. Which one?

I find that if I try too hard on lucid dreaming I won't have one.

I think I'm the same way. I practice ADA so much that I become exhausted and can't focus period. By the time I go to bed I find I can't stay focused on lucid dreaming, my mind just wanders. Moderation is key.

You want ADA to feel completely natural to you. To do this, you gradually increase your awareness over time. That way, you won't feel too stressed out or over worked. Trying to be aware of everything right off the bat is going to be difficult for someone not used to heightened awareness. Try to start small and work your way up using your own comfort levels as a guide.

From what I understand you want awareness, not focus and concentration.
