Visualizing yourself sleeping...

While your awake, keep your eyes open and continue what your doing. Continuing doing what you would normally do with one exception. Visualize yourself sleeping while doing this and think its all a dream. Show your body all comfortable and snug inside your blankets warming up your body. Switch from 1st person to 3rd person. Could this help?

I don't see how it would help. But I would imagine that if you tried this while you were actualy dreaming you would wake yourself up pretty quickly.
