Trick your body into thinking you're asleep. This will take 30-45 minutes and you have to be very determined in able to accomplish this. I have only been able to do it once, however it is very possible. |

I suggest reading a chapter in Dr. Stephen LaBerge's Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming called "Falling Asleep Consciously. I believe it's chapter four. The man is the most reliable source of information on Lucid Dreaming I know of. His techniques have been thoroughly studied, and they mostly focus on visualization and concentration of things such as numbers and hypnagogic imagery. I just bought the book this last week and have already seen success over the past few nights. Highly recommended. |

listening to binural beats can help, its the only way i acheived SP, also some people say meditating before bed can help too, as it changes you brain waves, (i believe to theta, cause thats what it felt like when i meditated). edit, you seem an imposter of Jeff777 |
